17B.11 DUTY OF INSPECTORS.
The commissioner shall inspect and grade all grain received at any terminal warehouse when
requested to do so by any person having a contractual or other financial interest in such grain as
the owner, seller, purchaser, warehouse operator, or carrier or otherwise. The commissioner shall
provide inspection service for interhouse transfers or when grain is "run for grade" within a house
if requested by the warehouse operator. All rights and privileges covering reinspection and appeal
in all such cases are hereby preserved to all interested parties.
