  163.05 Taxation.  

    Subdivision 1.    Levy.  The county board at its July 
 meeting may include in its annual tax levy an amount for the 
 county road and bridge fund.

    Subd. 6.    Road and bridge tax is additional.  The 
 taxes provided herein may be additional to the amount permitted 
 by law to be levied for other county purposes.
