     158.01 Establishment.  


    The hospitals now and hereafter established in connection 
 with the medical school of the University of Minnesota shall be 
 known as the University of Minnesota hospitals.  The student 
 infirmary, the university dispensary, and the Elliot Memorial 
 building shall be parts of the University of Minnesota hospitals.
