154.25 NOT TO SERVE CERTAIN PERSONS.
No person practicing the occupation of a barber in any barber shop, barber school, or college
in this state shall knowingly serve a person afflicted, in a dangerous or infectious state of the
disease, with erysipelas, eczema, impetigo, sycosis, tuberculosis, or any other contagious or
infectious disease. Any person so afflicted is hereby prohibited from being served in any barber
shop, barber school, or college in this state. Any violation of this section shall be considered a
misdemeanor as provided for in sections 154.001, 154.002, 154.003, 154.01 to 154.161, 154.19 to
154.21, and 154.24 to 154.26.
