148F.2051 FAILURE TO REPORT.
On or after August 1, 2012, any person, institution, insurer, or organization that fails to report as required under subdivisions 2 to 5 shall be subject to civil penalties for failing to report as required by law.

NOTE: Section 148C.095, subdivision 8, was added by Laws 2012, chapter 278, article 2, section 16, and renumbered as section 148F.2051. The reference in section 148F.2051 to subdivisions 2 to 5 refers to Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 148C.095, subdivisions 2 to 5 (Repealed, 2012 c 197 art 2 s 45).
