     144E.18 Inspections. 


    The board may inspect ambulance services as frequently as 
 deemed necessary.  These inspections shall be for the purpose of 
 determining whether the ambulance and equipment is clean and in 
 proper working order and whether the operator is in compliance 
 with sections 144E.001 to 144E.16 and any rules that the board 
 adopts related to sections 144E.001 to 144E.16.
