138.19 APPLICATIONS FOR ORDERS OF THE PANEL.
An officer, department, or agency of the state or an officer or agency of a county, city, town,
school district, municipal subdivision or corporation, or other public authority or political entity
shall apply in writing to the archivist for an order relating to the disposition of any government
record. The records disposition panel shall consider and act upon applications and by unanimous
consent make orders with respect to them.
