123A.01 DEFINITIONS.
Subdivision 1. Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the words defined in section
120A.05, have the same meaning.
Subd. 2. Teacher. For purposes of this chapter, "teacher" means a teacher as defined in
section 122A.40, subdivision 1.
