     122A.66 Teacher training; effects of drugs and alcohol. 

    All educational institutions providing teacher education 
 must offer a program in the personal use and misuse of and 
 dependency on tobacco, alcohol, drugs and other chemicals.  
 Every student attending educational institutions in preparation 
 for teaching service shall be required to take and to 
 satisfactorily complete a program under this section.
