*   "119A.54   Reports.  

*   Each grantee shall submit an annual report to the 
*commissioner of children, families, and learning on the format 
*designated by the commissioner, including program information 
*report data.  By January 1 of each year, the commissioner shall 
*prepare an annual report to the health and human services policy 
*committee of the house of representatives and the health and 
*family security committee of the senate concerning the uses and 
*impact of head start supplemental funding, including a summary 
*of innovative programs and the results of innovative programs 
*and an evaluation of the coordination of head start programs 
*with employment and training services provided to MFIP 
*recipients."
