     116J.0125 Annual report to legislature. 

    The commissioner shall provide to the legislature no later 
 than January 15 of each year a report of department programs and 
 services.  The report must include: 

    (1) a description of the department's programs and 
 services; 

    (2) the number of clients served by each program or 
 service; 

    (3) an evaluation of each program or service; and 

    (4) recommendations for changes or improvements to the 
 programs or services.
