116C.29 WITHDRAWAL OF AGENCY PARTICIPATION.
After an agency has responded that it has an interest in the master application, it may
withdraw from further participation in the processing of that master application at any time by
written notification to the coordination unit, if it subsequently appears to the agency that it has no
permit programs under its jurisdiction which are applicable to the project.
