103I.505 RECIPROCITY OF LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS.
Subdivision 1. Reciprocity authorized. The commissioner may issue a license or register a
person under this chapter, without giving an examination, if the person is licensed or registered
in another state and:
(1) the requirements for licensing or registration under which the well or boring contractor
was licensed or registered do not conflict with this chapter;
(2) the requirements are of a standard not lower than that specified by the rules adopted
under this chapter; and
(3) equal reciprocal privileges are granted to licensees or registrants of this state.
Subd. 2. Fees required. A well or boring contractor must apply for the license or registration
and pay the fees under the provisions of this chapter to receive a license or registration under
this section.
