     103F.383 Definitions. 


    Subdivision 1.    Applicability.  The definitions in 
 this section apply to sections 103F.383 to 103F.393. 


    Subd. 2.    Board.  "Board" means the project riverbend 
 board.  


    Subd. 3.    Counties.  "Counties" means the counties of 
 Renville, Redwood, Brown, Nicollet, Blue Earth, and Le Sueur, 
 except as otherwise provided in Laws 1982, chapter 627, section 
 7.
