103D.925 WARRANTS.
The managers may issue warrants of the watershed district to pay contracts for the
construction or implementation of projects, ordinary general expenses, and expenses incurred
in making repairs that have been approved by the managers, only if there are sufficient funds
available for payment in the watershed district treasury.
