10.09 OFFICERS APPOINTED BY GOVERNOR, TERMS.
Except as otherwise provided, the terms of all officers appointed by the governor shall begin
upon the date when such officers qualify and assume their official duties, shall continue for the
prescribed period thereafter, and until their successors are appointed and have qualified.
