124D.45 EVALUATION AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

Subdivision 1.Grantee organizations.

Each grantee organization shall report to the commission at the time and on the matters requested by the commission.

Subd. 2.Interim report.

The commission must report annually to the legislature with interim recommendations to change the program.
