60A.095 REINSURANCE AGREEMENTS AFFECTED.

Sections 60A.091 to 60A.093 apply to all cessions after July 1, 1991, under reinsurance agreements that have had an inception, anniversary, or renewal date not less than six months after July 1, 1991.
