144G.06 UNIFORM CONSUMER INFORMATION GUIDE.
The commissioner shall adopt a uniform format for the guide to be used by individual providers, and the required components of materials to be used by providers to inform assisted living clients of their legal rights, and shall make the uniform format and the required components available to assisted living providers.
NOTE: This section is repealed by Laws 2019, chapter 60, article 1, section 48, effective August 1, 2021. Laws 2019, chapter 60, article 1, section 48.
NOTE: Sections 144G.01 to 144G.06 are assisted living title protections that are repealed August 1, 2021. Section 144G.07 expires July 31, 2021.
