97B.625 BOBCAT.

§

Subdivision 1.Season.

Based upon population estimates, the commissioner may set the open season for bobcat.

§

Subd. 2.Use of a snare.

A person may use a snare to take bobcat, as prescribed by the commissioner, without a permit.
