204C.30 ELECTION RETURNS; ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF COUNTY AUDITOR.
§
Subdivision 1.Delivery of summary statements to secretary of state.
The county auditor shall promptly deliver to the secretary of state one of the sets of summary statements received from each precinct.
