148B.04 DISCLOSURE.

Subdivision 1.

Subd. 2.Contested case proceedings.

Upon application of a party in a contested case proceeding before the board, the board shall produce and permit the inspection and copying, by or on behalf of the moving party, of any designated documents or papers relevant to the proceedings, in accordance with rule 34, Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure.

Subd. 3.Information on disciplinary actions.

If the board imposes disciplinary measures or takes disciplinary action of any kind, the name and business address of the licensee, the nature of the misconduct, and the action taken by the board, including all settlement agreements and other board orders, are public data.

Subd. 4.Exchange of information.

The board shall exchange information with other boards, agencies, or departments within the state, as required under section 214.10, subdivision 8, paragraph (c).

Subd. 5.Information to complainant.

The board shall furnish to a person who made a complaint a statement of the result of an investigation of the complaint and a description of the activities and actions of the board relating to the complaint.

Subd. 6.Classification of certain residence addresses and telephone numbers.

Notwithstanding section 13.41, subdivision 2 or 5, the residence address and telephone number of an applicant or licensee are private data on individuals as defined in section 13.02, subdivision 12, if the applicant or licensee so requests and provides an alternative address and telephone number.
