609B.460 MINNEAPOLIS POLICE RELIEF ASSOCIATION PENSION; FELONS NOT ENTITLED TO PENSION DURING INCARCERATION.
Under section 423B.09, a person who is a member of the Minneapolis Police Relief Association and convicted of a felony is not entitled to a pension during the person's period of incarceration in a penal institution.
