352C.10 BENEFIT ADJUSTMENTS.
Retirement allowances payable to retired constitutional officers and surviving spouse benefits payable must be adjusted in the same manner, at the same times and in the same amounts as are benefits payable from the Minnesota postretirement investment fund to retirees of a participating public pension fund.
