89.05 ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
The Department of Natural Resources shall consolidate and simplify the accounting system
within the department for receipts from department managed lands, disbursements made on a
regular basis, and the program for federal aids and grant reimbursements. The new accounting
system shall be implemented with the cooperation and under the supervision of the Department
of Finance.
