86B.411 GOVERNMENT WATERCRAFT LICENSES.
The commissioner shall issue distinguishable government watercraft licenses without a fee
for watercraft owned by the state or a political subdivision of the state on receipt of an application
for the license on a form prescribed by the commissioner.
