629.531 ELECTRONIC MONITORING AS A CONDITION OF PRETRIAL RELEASE.
If a court orders electronic monitoring as a condition of pretrial release, it may not use
the electronic monitoring as a determining factor in deciding what the appropriate level of the
defendant's money bail or appearance bond should be.
