609B.216 REVOCATION OF DRIVER'S LICENSES; OFFENSES.
Under section 171.17, the Department of Public Safety is required to revoke a person's
driver's license upon receiving a record of the driver's conviction of any offense specified in
subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clauses (1) to (10).
