609B.149 CONVICTION OF A BACKGROUND CHECK CRIME; PASSENGER
CARRIER DISQUALIFICATION.
If the background check response required under section 221.178 shows that the driver has
been convicted of a background check crime defined in section299C.67, subdivision 2, paragraph
(a) or (b) , the driver may not be employed by a motor carrier of passengers to operate a vehicle
providing passenger transportation.
