514.985 AMOUNTS RECEIVED TO SATISFY LIEN.
Amounts received by the agency to satisfy a medical assistance lien filed by the agency must
be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the fund from which the medical assistance
payments were made. Amounts received by a county to satisfy a medical assistance lien filed
by the agency must be forwarded to the agency and deposited and credited as provided for in
this section.
