471.685 LIMIT ON POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION FEES.
A statutory or home rule charter city, county, or town may not impose a fee, assessment, or
similar charge:
(1) on a person, based on the person's status as a student enrolled in a postsecondary
educational institution; or
(2) on a postsecondary educational institution, based on the number of students attending the
postsecondary institution.
