387.05 SHALL GIVE CERTIFICATE, WHEN.
Every sheriff, if required, shall give without charge to any person delivering process or
papers to the sheriff for service or execution a signed certificate specifying therein the names of
the parties, the nature of the process or paper, and the day of such delivery.
