383B.918 HEALTH SERVICES PLAN.
The corporation shall prepare, and submit to the county board for review and approval, a
health services plan that draws from a population health needs assessment and delineates the
corporation's role in the community, including education, research, and services to improve
the health status of the community including indigent populations. The health services plan
shall contain a description of how the corporation shall continue to coordinate with the county
to provide health-related services to the residents of Hennepin County, including the indigent
as defined by state and federal law and as determined by the Hennepin County Board of
Commissioners.

the day after the Hennepin County Board files a certificate of local approval in compliance with
Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3. Laws 2005, chapter 125, article 1, section 29,
as amended by Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 7, section 34.
