373.03 CONVEYANCES TO COUNTY; EFFECT.
All real and personal estate conveyed by any form of conveyance to a county or its
inhabitants, or to any person for the use and benefit of a county or its inhabitants, shall be deemed
to be the property thereof. The conveyances shall have the same force and effect as if made to
the county by its corporate name.
