325F.26 USE OF SECONDHAND MATERIAL FORBIDDEN IN CERTAIN CASES.
No person shall use, in the making or remaking of any article of bedding, any material
that has been used in any private or public hospital, or any material of any kind that has been
used by or about any person having an infectious or contagious disease, or has formed a part of
any article of bedding which has so been used. This section shall not prevent the renovating of
bedding used in any private or public hospital.
