307.04 CONVEYANCE OF LOTS.
Every religious corporation owning such cemetery may sell and convey lots therein for burial
purposes only. Deeds thereof may be executed by the treasurers of such corporations, or by one or
more of the trustees thereunto authorized by resolution duly adopted by its board of trustees.
