256C.26 EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.
The commissioner of employment and economic development shall work with the Deaf
and Hard-of-Hearing Services Division to develop and implement a plan to deal with the
underemployment of deaf, deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing persons.
