233.23 UNAUTHORIZED STORAGE.
No contract, agreement, understanding, or combination may be entered into between a
warehouse operator and a common carrier or other person for the delivery of grain at a public
terminal warehouse contrary to the direction of the owner. No grain may be delivered or received
contrary to the direction of the owner.
