18C.235 CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR STORAGE OF BULK PRODUCTS.
Subdivision 1. Plan required. A person who stores fertilizers, soil amendment, or plant
amendment products in bulk must develop and maintain a contingency plan that describes the
storage, handling, disposal, and incident handling practices.
Subd. 2. Plan availability. (a) The plan must be kept at a principal business site or location
within this state and must be submitted to the commissioner upon request.
(b) The plan must be available for inspection by the commissioner.
