183.61 VIOLATIONS BY THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATION.
Subdivision 1.[Repealed, 2007 c 140 art 13 s 3]
Subd. 2. Inspection violation. No person shall cause to be operated or shall operate any
boiler or boat without having the same inspected at least once each year, or pressure vessel, steam
farm traction engine, portable or stationary show engine, or portable or stationary show boiler
without having it inspected biennially, or without having the proper engineer or master license.
Subd. 3.[Repealed, 2007 c 140 art 13 s 3]
Subd. 4. Failure to repair. After any boiler or pressure vessel has been examined and found
to be unsafe and after the owner or operator of the boiler or pressure vessel has been notified of
any defect in it, no person shall operate the boiler or pressure vessel or cause it to be operated
unless and until the defect has been corrected.
