169.39 COASTING.
(a) The driver of any motor vehicle when traveling upon a downgrade shall not coast with
the gears of such vehicle in neutral.
(b) The driver of a commercial motor vehicle when traveling upon a downgrade shall not
coast with the clutch disengaged.
