161.085 APPROPRIATION FROM TURNBACK ACCOUNTS.
Moneys in the county turnback account and the municipal turnback account are hereby
appropriated annually to the commissioner of transportation for the purposes of carrying out the
terms of sections 161.081 to 161.084.
