124D.162 KINDERGARTEN READINESS ASSESSMENT.
The commissioner of education may implement a kindergarten readiness assessment
representative of incoming kindergartners. The assessment must be based on the Department of
Education Kindergarten Readiness Assessment at kindergarten entrance study.
