84.915 LAND USE FOR CERTAIN VEHICLES RESTRICTED.
After June 1, 1993, the commissioner may not allow the use of state lands or acquire
private lands for development or operation of a motor sports area for use by all-terrain vehicles,
motorcycles, or four-wheel drive trucks without legislative approval. This restriction does not
apply to recreational trails.
