629.406 MAINTENANCE OF BOOKING RECORDINGS.
When a law enforcement agency elects to produce an electronic recording of any portion of
the arrest, booking, or testing process in connection with the arrest of a person, the agency must
maintain the recording for a minimum of 30 days after the date the person was booked.
