148B.67 PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY.
The Office of Mental Health Practice shall maintain and keep current a file containing the
reports and complaints filed against unlicensed mental health practitioners within the committee's
jurisdiction. Each complaint filed with the office must be investigated. If the files maintained by
the office show that a malpractice settlement or award has been made against an unlicensed
mental health practitioner, as reported by insurers under section 148B.63, subdivision 5, the
committee may authorize a review of the practitioner's practice by the staff of the Office of
Mental Health Practice.
