135A.033 PERFORMANCE FUNDING.
The governing boards of the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Colleges and
Universities, in conjunction with their respective campuses, shall each specify performance
categories and indicators relating to section 135A.053, subdivision 1, to be used for policy and
appropriations decisions, as well as allocations for rewarding campuses that achieve performance
levels and assisting campuses that are unable to achieve these levels. Because the mission of each
system and type of campus varies, categories and indicators shall vary accordingly.
