120B.39 UNIFORM FORMS FOR STATE EXAMINATIONS; COMMISSIONER.
Upon the request of any superintendent of any public or private school teaching high
school courses in the state, the commissioner shall designate or prepare uniform forms for state
examinations in each high school subject during the month of May of each year; the request shall
be in writing and delivered to the commissioner before January 1 of that year.
