103I.691 CERTIFICATE OF USE.
A person may not use a gas or liquid storage reservoir under an underground storage permit
unless the right to use the property affected by the project has been acquired and a notice of
the acquisition filed with the commissioner of natural resources. The commissioner of natural
resources must issue a certificate approving use of the gas or liquid storage reservoir.
