103D.539 INFORMAL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES.
An interested party may request a meeting with the dispute resolution committee of the
Board of Water and Soil Resources to informally resolve a dispute before initiating a declaratory
judgment action or an appeal under sections 103D.535 and 103D.537.
